Join historian and Special Collections librarian Jim Schnur on a tour of USF St. Petersburg and the former Maritime Training Base. With USFSP’s fiftieth anniversary approaching it’s a great time to learn the fascinating history of this pocket of downtown. The tour will include a leisurely stroll through the current campus with Jim explaining its earlier history, and then to the peninsula for a visit to the old Maritime headquarters and cenotaph, before ending at the Tavern at Bayboro for drinks and conversation!
