Lakewood Estates Porch Party

On November 14th we will visit the historic Lakewood Estates neighborhood for a party at 2518 Granada Circle East.  Developed in the 1920s by Charles Hall, of Historic Kenwood fame, this lovely neighborhood of winding tree-lined streets was designed around the Lakewood Country Club (renamed the St. Petersburg Country Club in 2000.)  Our hosts, Tim and Tina Schmidt, will welcome us to their beautifully updated 1920s Mediterranean Revival style home. Come learn the fascinating story of this historic and diverse neighborhood as we enjoy food, music, tours of the home, and the camaraderie that SPP is famous for!
