SPP's Boom & Bust program series resumes with what promises to be an interesting & fun program! Following the collapse of the 1920's boom, Florida attracted a new breed of entrepreneurs that established legendary attractions, making tourism the new economic fuel of our state. Author and Floridiana collector Ken Breslauer will explain tourism’s role in the boom and bust cycle and explore the remaining material culture in St. Petersburg.

Reception with complimentary appetizers and cash bar at 6:30, program at 7 pm.
