Movies in the Park on Thursday, 10/28, has been canceled due to inclement weather.

Thank you to all those who came out and supported Movies in the Park this October, and a special thank you to our sponsors and vendors who help make Movies in the Park possible. We’ve enjoyed sharing the magic of the movies with you this season!

Movies in the Park will return again in Spring 2022.

The best "small" event on the waterfront - Movies in the Park - is back again this October! The evening starts with live music at 6 p.m. followed by the movie on the big screen at dusk. The fun takes place in N. Straub Park, between 4th Ave. & 5th Ave. NE at Beach Dr.

Movies in the Park is free, but attendance is limited and an RSVP ticket is required for entry. In lieu of charging for the event, please consider the gift of a donation or becoming a member of Preserve the 'Burg online or at the event to help us continue our efforts to protect our city’s history and keep St. Pete special!

Movies in the Park will adhere to CDC guidance regarding COVID-19. Face coverings are strongly encouraged, and social distancing between groups is also encouraged. Capacity will be limited; advance registration is required

Come early to get your favorite spot and to enjoy live music from The Wandering Hours and grab some food from the 'Burg's best food vendors. Beer and Wine will be available, proceeds benefit Preserve the Burg and Jump for Kids.

Entry to Movies in the Park is located on Beach Drive.

Oct. 28th - Beetlejuice (1988) – After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house. When the unbearable Deetzes (Catherine O'Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose "help" quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.
