Ghostbusters II at Movies in the Park!

SPP's Movies in the Park, the best small event on the waterfront! Each movie evening starts with live music at 6 pm followed by the movie on the big outdoor screen at dusk (usually around 7:15 pm). The fun takes place in North Straub Park, between 4th Ave. & 5th Ave. NE at Beach Drive. Come early and enjoy live music before the movie, enjoy a picnic or purchase food from one of the Saturday Morning Market’s favorite vendors who will be set up on-site. A limited number of folding chairs will be available, but better yet, attendees are welcome to bring their own blanket or low seat! Bicycling to movies is a fun way to arrive and free bicycle valet parking will be provided by the St. Petersburg Bike Co-Op. Free!

Tonight's movie is Ghost Busters II (1989) rated PG – Get ready for Halloween as the Ghostbusters’ crew comes out of retirement with the discovery of a massive river of ectoplasm & a resurgence of spectral activity in the Big Apple. Come in costume, prizes awarded! Music: Rosewood Creek.
